My name is Carrie Acuff and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist.

I have an Associates of Occupational Studies Degree from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Polarity, Hydrostone and Trauma Touch Therapy.

I believe that every client is unique, each with different needs and wants. Whether you are coming from a place of needing to "fix" something or would just like to maintain where you are right now, I would like to assist you in facilitating those goals.

I became a massage therapist because after almost 18 years of being a wife, a mom, a friend, etc. I decided it was time to make a decision about what I wanted to do when "I grew up". I have been receiving massage at least once a month since I was 17. I truly believe that taking care of yourself is a skill that is easily forgotten in the hustle of everyday life. Massage, in my opinion, is one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating, rehabilitating things that you can do for yourself! I really love being a part of my client’s journey towards better mental, emotional and physical health.
